RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please call on customer service at MOBILE NO. to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Item in the company boxing, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three or four (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. The total amount will be refunded other than COD, Payment Gateway and Delivery Charges. Refunds may take 3-4 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please Note
- Product should be in original condition.
- Product should not be damaged after opening.
- No damage/defect will be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Original packaging, original manufacturer tags and accessories should not be missing.
- If the warranty expires or products are misused, it will be declared void.
- Defective products must be returned within 15 days since the delivery day. Otherwise, no replacement or refund will be made.
- COD Charges (Rs.100) It Will not be refunded.
